modalities: Oral, Virtual, Poster Presentations, Round Table Discussions and
Pre/Post Conference Workshops.

sub-themes i) Virtual and Distance Education, ii) Building a Global
Future… iii) ODL and Human Capacity Building, iv) Technologies
and Strategies for Providing Quality Education… and v) Futuristic Vision

Publications/Proceedings:
All Abstracts/presentations will be published in the Conference Proceedings’ CD. There is an option to publish the 25% quality research papers in distance education journals like Pakistan Journal of Education, also will request to AAOU Journal and Asian Journal of Distance Educaiton to publish quality papers.

The Capital Islamabad is the one of the finest cities in Pakistan where visors enjoy and stays. The Islamabad is located in the northwest of the country on Potohar Plateau. Compared to other cities of the country, Islamabad is a clean, spacious and quiet city with lots of greeneries. The site of the city has a history going back to the earliest human habitations in Asia. This area has been the first settlement of Aryans from Central Asia, ancient caravans passing from Central Asia, and the massive armies of Tamerlane and Alexander.
